| Associate Professor Introduction Dr. Fox joined the Department in July 2006 in the area of Environment and Natural Resources Engineering. Prior to joining the Department, Dr. Fox held a teaching and research position in Civil Engineering at the University of Mississippi. He is a past recipient of both USDA National Needs and U.S. EPA STAR graduate fellowships.
